Although previous research often shows a positive relationship between satisfaction with salary and job satisfaction, but there is disagreement about the universality of these findings. For the first type, job satisfaction and financial rewards mental satisfaction while job satisfaction is second only to the satisfaction of psychological reward is concerned. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.
